Mar Hotels Playa Mar & Spa - Port de Pollenca

The pool area could definitely use another pool or a larger main pool to alleviate the crowding. Finding sunbeds at peak times seemed like a strategic mission. The air conditioning in our room left much to be desired-it never quite got cool enough, and the temperature fluctuations could be quite uncomfortable for sleeping. The location is a bit far. A 20-minute walk along the pine walk to reach the main port while dragging my son felt a lot longer in the sweltering heat. The pool bar was rather underwhelming in visuals and lacked a few more snack options, and we encountered prolonged waits for service at times, especially during busy meal hours.

Fabulous hotel with outstanding staff with the table alcohol service and incredible rooms. Great, fab location in Port de Pollenca, next to a water fountain available for guests which is a nice touch and the beaches along pine...  

We stayed in the suite, it was brand-new and the bed was good.

Noise in the restaurant . We traveled without children and would have liked to have had more rest with our meals.

- Size of the room. - Bedroom was separated. - Bathroom area. - Folding bed. - Very friendly staff. - Very child-friendly!!!

- Animation at night is too loud! - Unfortunately many dishes were not properly prepared (cooked too long etc.), which is a pity, because otherwise the products would have been good. - Room cleaning could be more precise (floor, dust..)

great staff but limited sunbeds

The staff were friendly and helpful at all levels. The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard, and the quality of food at breakfast and dinner was excellent with plenty of choices. I enjoyed the beautiful mountain view from my room....

Fairly clean and brilliant hotel with great stuff, fantastic experience. Fantastic service and absolutely fantastic room with bali bed.

Loved the kids' pool and entertainment, but the bar area was really hot at night.

lovely family-friendly environment with good staff attention

The garden room was perfect. The meals were consistently delicious, with a fantastic variety to choose from. Highly recommend for family vacations!

The kids loved the shallow pool with fun slides. The water fountain down the hall was a nice touch for staying hydrated. Plus, we enjoyed the evening programs which kept everyone entertained. Our stay...  

I had a fantastic stay, enjoying spacious suites and wonderful dining at every meal. only downside was the pool was a bit chilly. I’d definitely go back!
